AT COCONUT GROVE EVENTS
OUR PHILOSOPHY
I was born in Trinidad and later moved to Toronto, Canada, where I pursued my education in the hospitality industry. But long before my formal training, I discovered my true passion: creating unforgettable experiences and entertaining others.
My journey brought me to Miami, where I worked as the Special Events Director for Miami-Dade County’s Deering Estate. I loved what I did so much that I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own company, Coconut Grove Events!
I’m also a proud wife and mom to two amazing kids, and I’m lucky to have my husband Rudy by my side, helping me with the business. When I’m not designing or planning events, I love spending time in my garden, traveling, and finding inspiration for events from my adventures across Europe and the Caribbean. These experiences allow me to bring unique cultural flair and personal touches to every event I plan.
