Rental Packages

Standard Rental

  • 4-Hour Event

    • Friday & Saturday: $5,000

    • Sunday: $3,500

    • Monday – Thursday: $3,000

  • Daytime Event (11:00am – 4:00pm): $3,000

  • Evening Event (5:00pm – 11:00pm): $5,000

  • All-Day Event (9:00am – 5:00pm): $3,500

Additional hours available: $25 per person / per hour

Corporate Events
  • Monday – Thursday: $3,000

  • Before 9:00am or after 5:00pm: $250 per hour

Exclusive Bar Service

Coconut Grove Events proudly provides exclusive bar service. Clients must use our in-house bar packages:

  • Juice & Soda: $15 per guest

  • Beer & Wine: $25 per guest

  • Standard: $30 per guest

  • Premium: $40 per guest

  • Mimosa Bar: $20 per guest (required for showers)

Includes one bartender and one barback. Additional bartenders available at $40/hour. Corkage fee applies for outside alcohol ($30 per guest).

Bridal & Baby Showers
  • 4-Hour Event (Sunday – Friday): $3,000

  • Mimosa Bar Package Required: $20 per guest

Additional Fees
  • Set-Up/Breakdown + Restroom Attendant: $800

  • Catering Fee (includes FOH Supervisor): $10 per person

  • Kitchen Fee (equipment, propane, kitchen supervisor): $500

  • Dumpster Fee: $200 flat

All rentals are subject to 21% service charge, 7% Miami-Dade sales tax, and a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
